Municipal Early Career Planners Meeting

The province was pleased to facilitate a Municipal Early Career Planners (MECP) program this past fall, after a successful pilot in the spring. This program is open to all municipal planners within their first five (5) years of their planning career or municipal planners with more experience who are new to planning in Nova Scotia. Through this program, the Department of Municipal Affairs has hosted regional sessions.

They are excited to host the first ‘all regions’ meeting at the Shift Conference.

Come prepared with your planning questions, problems, and conundrums and see what ideas your peers can contribute during the solution round tables. This will be an excellent opportunity to expand your network and meet planners working all over the province!
